Refund policy

If there is a problem with a clothes order :

In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our  support team (support@thethreeotakuz.com) within 30 days of product delivery, three otakuz offers a free replacement or a refund  in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

If there is a problem with a lamp order :

if we have sent you a defective or damaged lamp in any way ,we more than happy to send you a replacement lamp (free of charge) email us at support@thethreeotakuz.com with order number and detailed description of the issue, we will get back to you as soon as we receive your email.

Refunds :

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
